Semnarea acordului de colaborare între INVENT Moldova și Colaborarea Economica Moldo-Germana (MDW), 29.09.2015

Implementarea acestui acord presupune conclucrarea ambelor institutii pe mai multe domenii care implica urmatoarele actiuni comune:

  • organizarea și participare în comun la diverse evenimente, proiecte orientate către implementarea obiectivelor prezentului Acord;
  • participarea în comun şi/sau susţinerea reciprocă la manifestări (foruri, seminare, conferințe, misiuni economice, deplasări ale oamenilor de afaceri, etc.) în Republica Moldova, dar şi în Germania;
  • organizarea în comun a grupurilor de lucru pentru realizarea unor cercetări sau soluționarea unor probleme concrete din mediul de afaceri;
  • stabilirea și consolidarea contactelor cu firmele germane (în special cu cele ce au sediu în Republica Moldova) şi cu instituţiile economice și de învățământ din Germania;
  • plasarea reciprocă a noutăţilor şi informaţiilor în buletinele informaţionale şi în alte surse mediatice ale INVENT Moldova şi MDW;
  • participarea la realizarea în comun de granturi, care vor fi depuse la programele de finanțare ale Ministerului Federal German pentru Cooperare  Economică şi Dezvoltare (BMZ), Ministerului Federal German al Economiei şi Tehnologiei (BMWi) şi către alte organizații;
  • organizarea schimbului periodic de informaţii şi experienţă între administraţia și subdiviziunile ambelor organizaţii.

A new group of managers experienced the Manager Training Program

In the period from 31 Mayto 27 June 2015, a group of 16 managerstook part in the Manager Training Program. Program was hosted this time by MTI training center (www.mticonsultancy.com), fromVisselhovede.

During the program, managers had several trainings as Introduction to German Economy, Starting Business in Germany, Presenting a cooperation offer to German partners, Negotiation with German Business Partners, Business plan as basis for long-term cooperation, Innovation & Change Management, International Project Management, Quality etc.

Another important part of the program was Business in Practice where managers made study visits to such companies as AP Personal Service GbR (Bremen), CaseTech GmbH (Bomlitz), v. Einem& Partner (lawyers) and WFB Wirtschaftsförderung Bremen GmbH, Lloyd Shoes GmbH (Sulingen), Soltau Logistic Center GmbH & Co. KG (Soltau), Hoyer GmbH, (Visselhövede), Euler Hermes AG, (Hamburg), Mars GmbH (Verden), Smurfit Kappa (Hoya)etc.

Below are impressions of the participants regarding their experience in Germany:

Russu Nicolai, CEO Mediabox-Grup Ltd:  Hoyer is an impressive company with strong background in the field of lubricants, natural gas trading, special liquids and greases (hoyer-energie.de). The main profitable distinctions of the company are highlighted by personal approach to every client and flexibility in setting cooperation agreements. The success of this company is dictated by the capacity of the management team to interact with customers on mutual advantageous conditions. The quality of Hoyer products is the business card of the company and is maintained and developed permanently in order to offer best solutions and goods to partners and clients.

Vitalie Popescu, Director & Leading Trainer AEGIS Training: We were at the Soltau Logistics (http://soltau-logistic-center.de/).  A company that has managed to cope with market pressure by 1) strategic geographical location, 2) internal organization and flawless warehouse automation system that leaves you stunned - the warehouse is constructed so that contains only  15% oxygen, in order to prevent fires. In this way saved money from fire system.

Seminar "Alumni Associations as multi-dimensional business platforms", Soroca 11-13 June 2015

On 11-13 of June at Soroca took place seminar "Alumni Associations as multi-dimensional business platforms".  The seminar was organized by INVENT Moldova in partnership with the Federal Minister of Economy and Energy of Germany; GIZ - German Agency for International Cooperation and the “бизнес-сотрудничества” Association from Belarus. The seminar was organized only for the working Board of the alumni associations from Moldova, Belarus and Ukraine. During the seminar was presented the experience and the evolution of the alumni associations mentioned above. Together with experts: Olga Darass (Chamber of Commerce and Industry France-Moldova, CCIFM), Sergiu Bulbaş (Invest in Moldova) and Victoria Cotici (Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Moldova, CCIM) we discussed about the chances and potential of multi- dimensional business platforms. Within the working groups were set tasks for creating a multi-dimensional business platform for Moldova-Belarus-Ukraine. The seminar ended with a working visit to SC "AMG-Kernel" LLC which produces walnut seedlings for planting on their land on an area of 6500 hectares, and for customers.
