A memorandum was signed on Wednesday in Chisinau to enhance the productivity and quality of Moldovan wheat through technology transfer and collaborative efforts between experts and researchers from the Republic of Moldova and Israel. The agreement was co-signed by Ina Butucel, the Deputy Secretary General of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry, and Avi Dichter, the Israeli Minister of Agriculture and Food Security, who is currently visiting Moldova.
