Парламент на заседании 21 мая одобрил в первом чтении законопроект, который по-новому разграничит полномочия учреждений, вовлеченных в расследование дел о коррупции, финансовом мошенничестве и организованной преступности. Инициативу министра юстиции Владислава Кожухаря приняли голосами 57 депутатов. Так, Наццентр борьбы с коррупцией (НЦБК) получит дела о банковском мошенничестве, а Антикоррупционную прокуратуру ожидает расширение полномочий.
